Lower-risk driving routes in Stellenbosch

The smallest map we run, and a test of whether any of this works somewhere that is not a sprawling metro. It mostly does, with one adjustment: the rated areas here are small and sit close together, so the routing has to think harder about detours that would be trivial anywhere else.
